Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:

Master

Experience in position: 6 months

Salary: £250 per day (£15 daily subsistence)

Languages: English

Employment Type: Rotation – 4 weeks

Location: Baltic

Essential Qualifications (Client Specific)

  • Master 500 or above
  • All STCW 95 modules including PSA (must have completed Manila amendments)
  • ENG1 Medical Certificate (in date)
  • Elementary First Aid or higher (no older than 2 years)
  • GMDSS ROC
  • Radar Course Certificate
  • Generic ECDIS

Preferable Qualifications

  • Transas (Type specific) ECDIS
  • MCA Approved Engine Course
  • GMDSS GOC
  • Banksman/Slinger Certificate

Essential Skills

  • Must possess the ability to manage a crew effectively
  • Must have an understanding of IMS and reporting
  • Must be able to delegate tasks and lead effectively
  • Must have an experience of time/personnel management
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must have the ability to write concise and detailed reports on matters concerning, safety, engineering, personnel & incidents
  • Must have the ability to work closely with a small and intimate crew
  • Must have customer service experience with regards to the clients and passengers
  • Must be physically competent
Mate

Experience in position: 6 months

Salary: £130 per day (£15 daily subsistence)

Languages: English

Employment Type: Rotation – 4 weeks

Location: Baltic Sea

We are currently seeking a Mate for a Crew Transfer Vessel.

We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes:

  • Must be highly motivated and proactive
  • Must be punctual and well turned out
  • Must be IT literate
  • Must have a good work ethic
  • 2 years in a Maritime-based vocation
  • All STCW95 modules including PSA (must have been completed within 5 years)
  • ENG1 Medical Certificate (in date)
  • MCA recognised AEC
  • First Aid Qualification in the last 2 years
  • Defibrillator Training in the last 2 years
  • Onshore/Offshore Banksman Slinger
  • Navigational Watch Rating or higher
  • Must be physically competent
  • Must work well as a member of a team
  • Must work well unsupervised
  • Must be able to delegate tasks and lead effectively
  • Must have experience of time/personnel management
  • Must have an understanding of ISM and reporting
  • Must have the ability to write concise and detailed reports on matters concerning, safety, engineering, personnel & incidents
  • Must have experienced in both mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Must be organised to efficiently maintain the engine room and must also be able to work under pressure and within time constraints in the event of an emergency.

Deckhand

Experience in position: 6 months

Salary: £115 per day (£15 daily subsistence)

Languages: English

Employment Type: Rotation – 4 weeks

Location: Baltic Sea

We are currently seeking a Deckhand for a Crew Transfer Vessel

We are looking for someone who possesses the following attributes:

  • Must be highly motivated and proactive
